How to Use NON-ADHESIVE Pudding Nipple Cover on Skin:

• Remove the nipple cover from the mica sheet (keep the tray for storage).

• Place and press the nipple cover onto your breast and hold for 10 seconds to ensure perfect adhesion.

As a bra/top insert:

• Remove the pudding from the mica sheet (keep the mica sheet for storage). Insert the pudding into your bra/top.
