All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We accept various forms of payment. All transactions are subject to verification and approval before order fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse any order we suspect to be fraudulent or non-compliant with our Terms.

4. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and destination.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items are final sale.

Exchanges are permitted only for sizing or color discrepancies and must meet the following conditions:

Request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
A complete and unedited unboxing video is provided (from sealed packaging to product inspection)

For defective items, claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. No exchange or refund will be processed without the required unboxing video.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
